CRYSTAL BED

Healing from the Casa de Dom Inácio

The crystal light beds were developed according to instructions delivered by the Entity as a means to rebalance and tone the endocrine organs/chakras. You lie on a bed, with eyes closed and covered, in a darkened room. The apparatus, consisting of 7 specially cut crystals, is positioned over your endocrine organs/chakras. Coloured light is then pulsated through the crystals while relaxing music is played. You are advised to listen to the music, observe the breath or sensations in the body, or just allow yourself to fall asleep.

A variety of different experiences are reported: deep relaxation, temperature fluctuations, "breezes" blowing on parts of the body, extreme heaviness or lightness of all or part of the body, sensations in specific parts of the body perhaps related to a specific injury or disease. Often underlying emotional feelings will surface. It is normal to feel open, sensitive, or "spacey" for an hour or two after a session. This is a time for quietness and integration.

Appointments are for ½ hour or 1 hour slots, allowing for 15-20 minutes or 45-55 minutes under the lights. Several shorter sessions are recommended before a long session unless specifically instructed otherwise.

Crystal light beds are recommended as preparation for passing before the Entity, in Brazil or elsewhere. They may be specifically prescribed by the Entity, and are recommended as a means of staying "plugged in" to the energy of the Entities and their healing work. Everybody can benefit from regular crystal light beds.
