Please wear white or light coloured clothing.
Bring a blanket or wear warm clothing if the weather is suspect.
Aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you can be seated before the start of the session.
Bring some food to share with the group if you will be joining us for lunch on Saturday.
Please keep noise to a minimum inside the Casa — treat it as you would a church or other holy place.
Relax and enjoy the experience — have faith that you are being looked after.
