Booking a Tour

1. Please contact us for the current tour price and availability.
2. Print the following forms:
   • Booking Form
   • Application Form
3. Complete the forms and return to:
   St Ignacio Tours Ltd, PO Box 11689, Wellington, New Zealand.
   (please include a photocopy of the main page of your passport and deposit)

NB. Medical Insurance is compulsory. To purchase through St. Ignacio Tours Ltd, download the insurance form, complete, and return as above. Also download, complete, and return the medical certificate, if required for your insurance.

Pricing Policy

The price of the package will include:

• All travel expenses including transfers and twin share accommodation at stopovers.
• Accommodation in Abadiânia.
  (It may not be possible for all participants to have their own room. Sharing will only be with people in the group.)
• All meals at the pousada (small Inn) in Abadiânia and breakfasts en route.
  (Participants will pay for their own meals at stopovers and any additional snacks, drinks, meals out etc.).
• A contribution to Peter Waugh’s travel expenses.
• A contribution to cover Peter Waugh’s loss of income and outgoings while he is away from his work.
• Contingency contribution.

The price WILL NOT INCLUDE:

• Cost of visas if required.
• New Zealand departure tax.
• Travel insurance.
• Miscellaneous purchases before, en route or at Abadiânia.
• Meals during stopovers except breakfast.
• Any additional tours or sightseeing.
• Any costs arising from airline disruption not covered by insurance.
• Any costs not included in the previous section.

Please note:

• A deposit of half the tour price must be paid at time of booking to cover costs of air-tickets.
• The balance is due 6 weeks before departure or at another time as agreed.
• Should a participant cancel, a cancellation fee will apply plus any costs incurred.
• Should the tour be cancelled a full refund will be given less any airline or other booking fees.
• The tour guide may cancel the tour at his sole discretion.
• Late bookings may be subject to an increase where costs eg. airfares rise.
• Airline tickets may be date transferable, or refundable subject to a re-ticketing or cancellation fee.
• Travel insurance is compulsory. This can be purchased through our travel agent.
